Refund Policy

1. Digital Products: Due to the nature of digital downloads, we do not offer refunds. By purchasing and downloading digital products from The Creative Nurse Boss Loft, LLC you signify your acceptance of this Digital Product No Refund Policy.

2. Courses and Coaching: No refunds are given for completed sessions or accessed course materials. Please see additional information below under COACHING CALL SESSIONS & RESERVATION STANDARDS POLICIES.

3. Membership and Community Access: All membership and exclusive content sales are final. No refunds will be issued.

4. Merchandise: Returns or exchanges for merchandise must be requested within 14 days of receipt. Items must be unworn and in original packaging.

COACHING CALL SESSIONS & RESERVATION STANDARDS POLICIES

Your session time is reserved exclusively for you.

To preserve the integrity of this space and ensure each client receives focused, undivided attention, the following standards apply to all bookings:

Booking Requirements:

• All sessions must be booked at least 24 hours in advance.

• The intake form must be completed in full no later than 24 hours prior to your scheduled session.

• Incomplete or missing intake forms will result in automatic cancellation of the session.

Your session cannot be confirmed without a completed intake form.

Rescheduling Policy:

Life happens. If you need to adjust your session:

• You may reschedule once with at least 24 hours’ notice.

• Rescheduling requests made within 24 hours of your appointment will be considered a late cancellation.

Rescheduling is subject to availability.

No-Show Policy:

If you do not attend your session and have not communicated prior to the start time, the session will be marked as completed.

Future bookings may require pre-approval.

Late Cancellations:

Sessions canceled within 24 hours of the scheduled start time are considered completed and are not eligible for rescheduling.

Your reserved time has been set aside specifically for you.

Refund Policy:

All bookings are non-refundable.
